Personal Statement Contact Declaration of Interests
Born in Pitstone in 1960, I moved to Ivinghoe at the age of 10, where I attended the Old school (Hub) and then became one of the first students to attend Brookmead School.
Growing up in Ivinghoe on the farm, my parents originally farmed 500 breeding sows. Later on, my brother and I opened a farm shop, which we continue to run today.
After having my second child, in 1997 I joined the parish council as I felt passionate about the village and wanted to contribute to the growing environment we live in. Keeping Ivinghoe a beautiful and safe community. During my time as a councilor I have volunteered on a number of projects, as well as contributing to the sports at Brookmead School. Developing this I then became chair of the council in 2010 where I aim to continue to help and support the parish in all areas.
